IPL 2020 schedule announced: MI vs CSK in season opener

It was expected much earlier, but the unique nature of the global situation due to Covid-19 forced the BCCI to delay announcing the schedule for the upcoming 13th edition of the IPL to be held in UAE. It’s official now, defending champions Mumbai Indians will kickstart the season against Chennai Super Kings with a blockbuster opening clash on September 19 in Abu Dhabi.

Dhoni’s Rs 1800 membership dues of JSCA kicks up a storm

A nondescript issue of Rs 1800 dues that MS Dhoni apparently owes to his parent body, the Jharkhand State Cricket Association, seems to be snowballing into a major controversy. More fuel was added to the fire after some school students and die-hard fans of the legend collected the money, got a draft made of that amount, and tried submitting it to the JSCA.
